Be Careful When it Comes to HR

So you’re having problems with your boss? Are you headed right to Human Resources to complain or threaten a lawsuit? Before you do, know this — HR ain’t your friend. Oh they may act like they are, but in truth, the HR department exists to keep the company from getting sued by its workers. Anything and everything you say to them can and will get back to the person you’re complaining about. Plus it will give them the upper hand if you decide to sue them at a later date.
